Riyad Gandhy’s
goal is to represent India in international equestrian competition,
namely the Olympic Games in Beijing, and to build a formidable Indian
team for the future. Riyad has sacrificed a lot over the past decade
in order to gain the expertise, and experience necessary in achieving
these goals. As in most other sports, equestrian athletes rely on sponsorships
to help realize their competition goals. Owning, maintaining, and competing
a horse makes the financial burden often too great for an individual
to bear alone. The sport of Eventing is a team effort, comprising of
the horse, the rider, the grooms, and the owners / sponsors who make
it all possible. Riyad would love for you to be a part of this team,
as the journey promises to be exciting….to Beijing and beyond.

By competing
throughout the year, Riyad and his horses will be traveling thousands
of miles and will be seen by hundreds of thousands of spectators, officials,
and fellow competitors across the U.S. and Europe. Riyad also travels
for lessons, training, and clinics, which increases his public profile.
Media
Coverage:
Media coverage of equestrian events is growing dramatically with a number
of publications and internet sites devoting themselves to equestrian
articles, competition coverage, and news. This is not surprising, considering
the horse industry in the U.S. is a multi-billion dollar industry.
Riyad will
also receive substantial media coverage across an affluent Indian American
community through coverage by weekly news publications such as India
Abroad, The Indian Express International. Also, by creating a team for
India for the 2008 Olympics, Riyad and his teammates would receive extensive
media coverage that will reach hundred of millions across India, and
Indians worldwide. As we enter the new age of the internet, companies
are realizing that their target customers are no longer restricted to
geographical boundaries, and that a person halfway around the world
can buy their product just as easily as someone in the same city. India’s
middle class has a population greater than that of the entire U.S.,
and their growing presence on the global market is one of the main reasons
for India’s booming economy. By having your company’s name
associated with Riyad, your company will instantly gain publicity across
this vast population of potential customers.
Product
Endorsement:

his extensive travels, Riyad will be able to display your company name
and logo on saddle pads, horse coolers/blankets, banners, baseball caps,
t-shirts/jackets, ads on truck and trailer. Your logo can also be displayed
on this website with a direct link to your site.
